Shipping and Returns
Within the US:
Standard Shipping – Orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Media Mail or First Class at our discretion. Orders are typically shipped within one business day of our receipt of the order and usually take 4-7 days to arrive. Shipments to PO Boxes are shipped via USPS only.
Expedited shipping – guaranteed 2nd Day Air via UPS or comparable service – is available for an additional fee (see below*). Since we cannot ship via UPS to a PO Box, Expedited shipments to PO Boxes will be shipped via Priority or Express Mail with the USPS and will almost always arrive within 2 days, but may not be guaranteed.
Outside the US:
Standard International Shipping – We ship the best way possible to get the order to you quickly (typically a 5-8 day window) and at a reasonable cost. The optimal shipping method varies by country and the weight of the package.
Expedited International Shipping – Typically a 4-8 day window – this service is available outside the US for an additional fee (see below**). Again, the optimal shipping method will be determined based on country and the weight of the package.

Within the United States:
For orders that total less than $100.00 (after discounts), P&H is only $3.99*
Orders over $100.00 will be shipped FREE* of charge within the USA.
*UPS guaranteed Second Day delivery or similar service (or USPS Priority Mail for PO Boxes) is available for an additional $14.00 (Please select “Expedited” shipping when ordering)
Outside the United States:
To Canada and Mexico:
Add $3.00 to the “Within the United States” prices above.
For orders that total less than $100.00 (after discounts), P&H is only $13.99**
For orders over $100.00 P&H will be just $10**

What is your return policy?
Each tape and CD carries a full warranty against defects in workmanship for one year from date of purchase and will be replaced free of charge. It normally takes about 30 days to overcome past negative programming and supplant it with positive programming. If, after 30 days, you do not feel a positive change, you may return your tape or CD along with your original receipt to Effective Learning Audio during the subsequent 30 day period for a full refund.
How do I return a product if I don’t have the invoice or packing slip?
If you ordered your product directly from Effective Learning Audio call us before you send us your return. We will be able to look up your order and give you an order number to send with your return. If you purchased your product in a retail bookstore all returns require an original receipt to receive a refund.
