Instructions for Downloading

Congratulations on your purchase! We are confident these programs will help you improve your life in many ways. You are certain to find them to be among the best investments you’ve ever made!

Here are instructions for downloading your programs:

When you download a file from the links we provide, the file is a single “zipped” file that contains several separate MP3 files. Each MP3 file represents a separate “track” that would appear on a CD. After you download the title, you’ll need to “extract” the files from the archive file. On Windows PCs and Mac computers, this is pretty straightforward. On iPhones and iPads it takes a few more steps.

Downloading to a PC

To download the file all you need to do is click on the link. In most cases the file will automatically start downloading and saving the .zip file into your “Downloads” folder. Alternatively, you can right-click the file and choose “Open with…” which will give you a list of programs that you can use to extract the MP3 files from the .zip file. Many PCs come equipped with applications such as WinZip or WinRAR that work well. Windows Explorer is also a good choice that works well.

Once the files are extracted you can move them to anywhere on your computer that you would like and use whatever application you’d like (e.g. iTunes, Windows Media Player, etc.) to play the files. You can also transfer them to any mobile device (e.g. iPod, iPhone, MP3 player, etc.) that you’d like. If you need assistance with that, please consult the instructions that came with your mobile device.

Downloading to a Macintosh

Downloading to a Macintosh computer is substantially similar to downloading to a PC. The download location and the applications for extracting the files may differ, but your computer should guide you pretty clearly. Unfortunately, we don’t have much experience downloading to Macintosh computers, so our ability to provide specific step-by-step instructions is limited.

Downloading to an iPhone/iPad/iPod

By default, iPhones and iPads do not download or open zipped files (our titles consist of multiple MP3 files “zipped” into a single download file). Therefore it will be necessary to install an App (from the iTunes App Store). There are several free options as well as paid options. One free option that has proven to work is “iZip – Zip Unzip Unrar Tool” by ComcSoft.
